When people use my wi-fi i want to direct them to my web page?

I know there is hardware that can do this but is there any software out there that i can use?

ChilliSpot will let this work.. you will have to setup a gateway for it to run on.

Some routers have the feature built in ..
like AirEpoch wireless gateway controler.
