They ought to say senior citizens if it's just for the old folks.

Given that it's under "Cultures and Groups," I'd think that it is for senior citizens; seniors in high school or college aren't usually considered a cultural group, that I'm aware of :-)

I agree with you. "Senior citizens" would eliminate confusion, and a note to the Y!A staff requesting that change seems to be in order. But I hope the younger folks like yourself would still visit; dialogue across the generations is a very positive thing.

I believe school classes, senior, freshman, etc, would be in education.
