Well, RAS (Remote Access Server) is a Windows Server product. Like SQL or Exchange, they are not designed to be run on a client OS like Windows ME. If you are trying to access a RAS server from ME, then you use Dial-up and Networking to establish a connection. If you wish to have remote access to your ME machine, then use VNC or PCanywhere.
