Least expensive and in hundreds of patterns, even faux woods, would be sheet vinyl.

Laminates/hardwoods/tile would all be equal in price or more expensive.

I remodeled my mobile using tile ahd Jute carpet, but I'm in the business of being able to get it, and install it.

Laminate floor is a good choice. Pick the floating installation, some installation need to use glue and is harder.
The 99 cents per sq ft is too thin, not worth, I would got up a grade.
Costco has the material and installation kit, when it is on sale, it costs about 1.30 per sq ft the kit cost about 35, it includes tools and under linner.
Hard to find under 2.00 per sq ft in homedepot and lowe's
check some local warehouse dealer.

You can install laminate flooring. It has the look of real wood without the price and maintenance issues. It is easy to install and care for.
