5/5 = 1 + 5 = 6 X 5 = 30

Try this:

Assumimg the _(underscore) indicates add/subtract/multiply/divide, your answer of 30 can be found this way:
Original Problem: 5_5_5_5
1st Step: Work the first 2 fives as such, (5/5=1)-five divided by five equals one.
2nd Step: Take answer of 1 (from 1st step) ADD the 3rd five and get 6. Then 6 multiplied by 5 -the last five- equals 30.

It borders on cheating but this works with the order of ops.
first = ^2
second = /
third = +
or five squared times five divided by five plus five.
its assuming that xx implies x*x (in this case x^2x=x^2*x)
