Foreigners will no longer be allowed to bring over their parents.
Because of Clinton, elderly people that legally immigrate here are automatically entitled to Social Security, Medicaid, Food Stamps, and subsidized housing (in most states). Those that are not old enough to collect S.S.I. are entitled to welfare.
Because of Clinton's legislation (1999), in 1999 there were 420,000 legal immigrants that were eligible for social security insurance and Medicaid. Over 250,000 elderly legal immigrants were eligible for food stamps. And 750,000 legal immigrants were eligible for food stamps.

Do like most countries do, require immigrants to have $20,000 in their bank accounts before they can come here. If they run out of money while here then send them home. The U.S. should gladly pay for the airplane tickets. That will save the U.S. over $500 billion in the long run.
Make an exception only for people coming here because of political asylum.

$2 billion they pay in taxes is nothing compared to what they cost. They cost California alone over $10 billion a year.

California Governor Schwarzenegger asked California voters to approve a $55 billion bond measure to rebuild levees, bridges, schools, and prisons. California voters would not have to pass the measure if illegal aliens were not in the state. Taxpayers must pay for the bonds and for the interest on the bonds.
Fact: The GAO(Government Accountability Office) reports that over 25% of all federal prisoners are foreigners. That alone costs over $5 billion a year. California alone spends over $1 billion a year on criminal illegal aliens.
