I have thought about having breast implants. I have been told I would look good with a small or medium C. My friend who has a C said that they hurt and so did another lady I know. Is this true for all C cup women? Do C cups sag?

True due to weigth issues and yes, they do eventually sag.

A C cup is not going to be as perky as an A or B cup. But with implants I would assume they would still be pretty damn perky. If you have a small body type then I would suggest not going too huge, it will be harder for you to adjust and on some people just looks really dumb (like Pamela Anderson).

EVERY breast will sag due to gravity and how little you wear a bra.

C's and larger will sag.

I would not go bigger than 1 size above what you are now. In general, too big of a change is hard to adjust to and takes longer to heal from.

C-cup is suppose to be the perfect size but again that all depends on your frame. i have c-cup and it doesnt hurt but i'm medium built.

nope, C's are perfect. make sure your surgeon does the incision from the armpit, not under the breast, so you don't see any scars!
