Crispy, no other way. But I pretty much like anything I eat crispy, crunchy, and/or burned. I'm not completely mortified of the idea of eating undercooked food, that's just the way like it.
Chewy bacon sucks...

Crispy. it's so delicious. Chewy is okay. I mean it is easier to chew... When I have toothaches I eat Chewy Bacon, but other than that I'm all about Crispy!!!!!

both-sometimes crispy tastes more like burnt and sometimes chewy will never get down ur throat cause its so hard to get down. u need to find a very fine line of crispy/chewy. try finding the perfect brand of bacon that combines both the chewyness and the crispyness. good luck. lol. hope i helped
