Hello My husband and I have both have lots of tests to see if we can get pregnant (see www.johnandlaura.co.uk) they thought I had PCOS but I responded very well to Metformin and chlomid so she has stopped me taking them.

My husband has had 3 counts all under 1 mil, and it should be 20 minimum)

Any chance of getting pregnant or is ICSI the ONLY way??

Im 25, he's 27. Both non smokers. im now BMI of 30 his BMI is 30 too, still losing weight and not bother excursing. Periods on month, on time, every time!

When we learned my husband had a low sperm count we started researching options to help build up his counts. There are many natural remedies-- L-carnatine, zinc, vits c, b6, b12, e, and folate. After using the l-carnatine for a few months my husbands count had doubled--still not normal but close.

Also, Clomid can be given to men--25mgs a day for 25 days and it can work well in increasing the sperm count.

I say never give up hope! After all, it only takes one sperm! I have heard of people who have gotten pg after vasectomies and those men would presumably have low counts! I think fertility is ever changing, and who knows, just because it was low one month doesn't mean it will be forever!

Your day will come!
