would you elect to fight with chemo, surgery, radiation etc. or would you let nature take it's course and save all the extra pain and expense? Please note: I do NOT have cancer.

I'd let it kill me to be frank. If it is that bad, no big deal. I won't be afraid. Hope it never happens but if it does, that's what I'd do.
