Practice longer and harder. Hire a coach or trainer. Do intervals. Push yourself. Eat enough to keep going. Get on a plan and stick to it. Set goals. It's all about desire!!!

I dont know what sport you play but in track i ran with leg weights and walk around all day with leg weights for like 1 week...and it tricks your body to think its your weight so when you take them off you ge an extra boost

It's all about being in shape. You need to run and exercise longer and more often.
