In flipflops or sandals, no. Barefoot, if it's not on the beach/pool/etc, yes. I'm a full-time barefooter and while I don't have a fetish, seeing another barefooter in public around here is so rare (I think I've seen only about five in these ten years), I'll look and try to see if I've just met one of the *very* few other true barefooters in my country! It's cool to meet up with a like-minded 'sole' (sorry, bad pun) when there's so few of us!

Sometimes , If the toes are polished I might have a peek , I paint mine all the time just for that reason , I love Flip Flops in the summer so gotta have nice looking toes

Yes I do and have seen some nasty feet! Clip those toe nails and scrub those heels. Also cut your toe hair if you have it ladies - yuck! (Living near the beach you see a lot of bare feet)

yes, especially a ladies toes, its always nice to see well painted toes and a toe ring can look gorgeous on the right feet.

Well yeah it's hard to miss the toes...It sort of creeps me out though when I see other people's toes.
