more like low self-esteem

Actually, there is a falsehood about self esteem. One is not stricken with low self esteem at all times nor, does one have high self esteem at all times. When we are good at something. we have high self esteem and when we are not as confident, or feel we aren't good at something we have low self esteem. The trick is to remember the belief you have in yourself when you feel the high self esteem and apply it to yourself when you are low.
