Well, it depends on your company and for how long you plan to take off. My job offers PTO (paid time off), but it also translates as (Personal Time Off)… If we take a day here or there, (In this case, we can call it “personal.”) But, anything more than that, you should notify your manger and or anyone else that it will affect, as a courtesy and to save your own butt. (Especially if it is a Company policy) You should be able to go to your company’s Intranet and or ask HR personnel without any hassle. Wherever you go, have fun. Life’s too short! :-)

I get 4 weeks a year that I unfortunately have to schedule. My department is really flexible if I want to take a day here or there though.

my life is a continuous vacation...im a student....it would be nice to give notice for vacant ion around exam period....
