plz tell me exercises to lose my inches off the waist,stomach and bust..itz soo wide and big itz embarrassing plz help cuz im heavy around the top ...PLZ TELL ME EXERCISES WITHOUT WEIGHTS that i can do to help me lose inches off from the top.. plz : )

No matter what anyone tells you, you can't loose body fat selectively. If you diet and exercise your body will take it off where it wants. (hopefully in the fattest part of the body)
Good news. Most woman say the boobs are the first to go, so that is perfect for you.
The other good news, no weights. Just walk, walk, walk etc.
You will not believe the results.

walk, run, swim, martial arts classes like karate kick boxing tae kwon do that will do it id do swimming if u wanna loose wieght just make sure u swim as fast as u can cause thats what gets u fit :)
