There are no bites from any of the world's spiders that can do this.
The idea would be for the chemicals provided by the bite to be absorbed by the human's cells. This set of chemicals would be capable of tearing down the DNA strands in the nucleus during mitosis, permitting the strands to recombine in the new cells.
There are many synthetic (man-made) chemicals in the world which can separate the DNA strands, but unfortunately, their effectiveness at the DNA level cannot guarantee the success in putting them back together. The DNA is dissolved, but not fixed, so the cell fails.

Make a list of people who you want to put in your web. Offhand, it doesn't seem like a spider that is poisonous, so probably nothing really happens, even if it gives you a nip.
