why did she??? and y did her limit of 45 days lower to 23 days???

She hasn't gone yet. She will in June. She was sentenced because she was caught driving with a suspended license. It was suspended because she had a DUI. It was reduced to 23 days because of "good behavior."

Because she violated her D.U.I. sentencing, which the first time around involved some type of probation agreement.
A 45 day sentence for her automatically gets lowered if she serves her time with good behavior because:
1. The prison system is overcrowded
2. An offense like hers is not looked at as serious enough to sustain the full sentence order if she's nto causing any problems in prison
3. She has lots of money, and the justice system realizes that she is better off free because she keeps a lot of people employed.

She got a DUI for driving under the influence and was put on probation for that which included that she wasn't allowed to drive for a certain amount of days. Then, she violated her probation by driving when she wasn't supposed to.
I don't think her sentence has actually been reduced. They are considering it if she has good behavior once she finally starts her jail time.
By the way, she hasn't gone to jail yet. She's supposed to go on either June 1st or June 5th. I've heard both dates so I'm not sure which is the one she'll really go on.

i think that paris needs to understand that she cant just do stuff and not get in trouble for it...i thought that 45 days was a little hard..but 23days sounds a little better...

she got caught driving under the influence. i think that she got a wreck and it killed the other person. hope i helped.
