I drink hot coffee black, iced coffee with milk and sugar (or Equal/Splenda). I also LOVE strong Italian roast coffee and espresso. I just bought an espresso maker, I love it (just one of those little stove-top things that you put the water in the bottom of and the coffee in the top part, and put it on the stove - SO good)

I like a little cream and a little sugar in the morning coffee. If I am eating sweets, like cake or something, I like it black. I did lose some weight without the cream and sugar in the morning when I drank it black!

I like sugar and creamy but i love my coffee very creamy . I love the expresso ground coffee from gevalia . It is soooo good .
