definitely...... i lack self confidence, which tends to hold me back from doing the things i want to..... and then i'll mentally beat myself up for being such a wuss... lol.... such fun....

Most of us are. We beat ourselves up for not having the perfect relationship, perfect job, or perfect life. Most of us are too hard on ourselves and need to lighten up a bit. It takes a radical shift in thinking to be more content and happy with ourselves. Unfortunately, most of us don't want to take the time and effort for self-improvement which leads to contentment. It takes discipline, but a little work in this area can have you treating( and looking) at yourself a lot better.
