What is the cheapest monitor with a built in web cam ?

I would NOT get a monitor with a built in web cam, When the monitor OR the camera breaks that means replacing BOTH. Also, camera technology is advancing rapidly, why get stuck with low reolution? Buy a seperate camera and just upgrade every so often. Most of us keep our montors for a few years and a web cam only a short time.
