Don't worry about this... IT IS VERY NORMAL.
Yes, some people have menarche (men-are-key: their first period) sometimes as early as 10 or even earlier. But it is also normal to start as late as 15 or even 16, although if it goes much longer, there could be possibility of hormone problems. Just go through life normally, and one day it will happen. Yes, people who are a tad overweight do start later, and people with a close relationship with an older male, or live in a low-stress environment, and having older sisters or many girlfriends can cause the menarche to come later. If you stress about it, then that can cause it to delay as well.

Hello hun. Thanks for coming on here and asking this question, its good that your asking questions!
Do you eat nice and healthy, take regular excersise (do gym / PE at school)? that may be a factor, however its not to big a problem at the moment. Weight also matters about height and when your that age things can change over night as you're still growing!
you can start your periods any age. I was 11, some of my friends werent having periods till theyre 16 years old, nor growing large breasts. have you asked your mum when hers started?
Take care of yourself :)
Try this website ok? Any more questions ask away!
(PS, youre lucky, periods are not what theyre cracked up to be!)

Unless you are extremely short 10.13 stones isn't all that bad.
Some people just mature later... it's not unusual for girls to start having periods as late as 16.... If you think you may have a physical problem go see a doctor...

Dear Child: What is your hurry? Enjoy your childhood while you can. Once those periods start, its a long time before they stop. And believe me they aren't the most pleasantest things to have to put up with.
When God gets ready for your boobs to grow, He will let them blossom out. It seems that friends and sometimes family wants us to grow up in a hurry, but enjoy your childhood and your teen years. Don't rush into things and then you'll always have something to look forward to.
May God richly bless you!!

My friend never got her period until she was 19. It can happen anywhere between the ages of 8 and 19... most girls at age 12-13. I bet your girlfriends who have it are probably jelious that you don't yet. Your body will mature into womenhood when it's ready... no need to worry about it.

Everyone matures at different times. Ask your mom when she got her period and you will have a good idea when you will begin yours. Don't worry so much about it. I was 14 before I started my period. If it will make you feel better, have your mom take you to your doctor or to a family planning clinic and they will explain everything to you.

well everyone is different and everyone grows and ages differently and there body functions differnetly, you just might be a little behind on things, but trust me my sister is 19 and she wears a DDD and she hates them she is going to have a breast reduction and she is tired of getting up every morning and wrapping her boobs to make them look smaller so boobs are'nt everything and if thats what the guy is focused on he has his head lower than he should!

You really shouldn't worry....just because you don't have boobs and/or your period doesn't mean you are any weirder than anyone else. To tell you the truth Periods Suck and when you have boobs it attracts some unwanted attention!! Everybody has a special time where they Bloom...
