The further you get into your pregnancy the more tired you will become. You are carrying extra weight and can't move around as easily as you used to. It is advisable for a mother-to-be to take a nap and rest during the day....that's what your body is telling you.

I get really tired too about mid day and also have a loss of appetite usually midday as well, I am now further along, but it came on in the beginning and now again towards the end. All I can say is so what if the bf gets on ya (my husband does too, at times) but I know that I still need my rest otherwise I wouldn't be sooooo tired. I think is must just be the pregnancy, make sure you are taking your vitamins....lol I do and that really doesn't help........so just get your rest, do what you can during the morning and take the afternoon off. Best of luck

I have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome. AND I'm pregnant so I REALLY understand about being tired! Sometimes it just takes too much energy to move or to get out of bed. We just have to do the best we can. If everything else is normal then it;s just pregnancy fatigue and will come and go. Take advantage when you DO feel up to doing anything.

You're growing a baby! That isn't an easy task, and it is very draining!
Try drinking more water to hydrate you and possibly wake you up a little bit, but rest when you need to.
