He said something. He said that Bush was the worst president in international relations. Jimmy has very little, let's just say, no room to talk in regards to that issue. He must have forgotten what things were like when he was president.

Yes but not as a former president. Jimmy Carter is on the list for being one of the worst presidents in history. George Bush is at the top of the list. The Bush Presidency has been one failure after another. Now we have the Border issue. Why doesn't Bush have the courage to secure the border. Big business wants the cheap labor. He fails to see the need secure the border for homeland security reasons

He's right. Bush Jr is the worst in history. Carter, on the other hand, made peace between Israel and Egypt, brought the hostages home with negotiations, did not invade Iran and create a mess, and instituted tough fuel efficiency standards on automobiles. Those standards saved Americans millions if not billions over the years.

The inflation under his watch started under Nixon. Inflation was so bad Nixon even tried price controls.

It will be a toss up between Carter and Bush but the economy under Carter was terrible and if we had given him four more years the hostages would have been held a lot longer and our economy would have been in shambles. Carter is not a bad person but he was in over his head. "Oh yes I voted for him the first time".

If you look at history while he was president they held our people for over a year and a half. When Regan was elected they released them since Regan told them he was gonna to get the people one way or another. Carters way of removing himself from being one of the worst presidents. Everything
seems to be on ratings nowadays and really we don't have all the resources to say if any prez was wrong with the info they get....

Absurd, but I'm not surprised. Jimmy Carter was the worst President in my lifetime. George W Bush is the worst President since Bill Clinton.

You sound like a high school girl. (The immature type).

Jimmy Carter has every right to say that. He is a modest man who spends his time helping those less fortunate.

The years that he was in power were some of the most peaceful, prosperous years that the U.S. and its neighbours experienced, ever.

I know their are a few people that like to yap about how poor of a job he did, that Reagan was so much better, but it simply isn't the truth.

Jimmy Carter has said that, as have countless other humanitarians. It's the way it is. Now if you want to ignore people with a social conscience, that's your own downfall. Go complain with Uncle Stan or whoever next time you're having a beer at the picnic.

Bush has shredded the Constitution, broken laws, lied, caused untold death and suffering, taken our economy from a huge surplus to the biggest debt in history (and growing), allows corporations to write our laws, etc., etc., etc.

I don't need anyone to tell me what is obvious: George W. Bush is the worst president in the history of the United States.

Only time will tell. Neither of them are history yet. It will take years, and years before historians will write about them. Just as it took years for historians to write about our for-fathers.

Historians will write about them after we see the outcome of how our international relations are effected by the current events years from now.

Jimmy Carter is in no position to cast stones. This is a former President who published his anti Jewish views in a book for the all the world to read and then tried to say he did not mean it on the talk show circuit.
