Well, let us see...
What is the fartherest distance that you can see a car from "with your naked eye" here on Earth (no telescope)?

Now, improve that situation, and add a telescope... What is the fartherest distance that you can see a car from "with the help of a telescope?"
Post Answer here: ___________________
I think that your answers will be 5 Miles
and almost the EDGE of the HORIZON = 30 Miles.
Now, if you can only see a car "with a telescope" on Earth
at a max distance of 30 miles, what makes you think that you will be able to see a car ( = the Rover ) on the Moon at 250,000 Miles distance? Be honest... Have you ever looked at it ( considered it ) that way before? Modern optical equipment is really fantastic, but not that good...
Some of our best optical equipment flying around in space these days can read a license plate on the surface of the Earth from 75 Miles up. That is not even close to 250,000
Miles which is the distance from here to the Moon.

The reason that we can't see it even with our tremendous maginification power today is due to the proximity of the moon to the Earth and the relative speed thereof. Yes, we can see things billions of light-years away; but you have to recognize how far they are away from us and how fast they are moving relative to us (very slow). If you have ever looked at the moon in a telescope at any significant magnification, it moves incredibly fast in the viewfinder. So to combine the tremendous magnification needed to see the rovers and the tremendous speed of the moon relative to the Earth it should make sense why we cannot currently see the rovers on the Moon.

Because the rover has landed on the black side of the moon,(the side that we can never see, as the moon always show us it same face)... So of course you cant see it! In case you are tempted to say that they made it on purpose, just think that the moon has an atmosphere of few centimeter high (few inches if you like), so solar radiation on the bright side of the moon, raise the temperature at the surface at over 475k... Way to hot to take a walk on the spot!!

cuz its too far away and a regular telescope isnt nearly powerful enough- and we arent on the moon all the time, or u could be looking at the wrong part of the moon

I would speculate that the resolution of most telescopes is not great enough. The moon isn't just a mile across, you know.

Ok so we know from debunking the landings we never went but if we had gone we would have been able to see our car from the moon because the earth is (supposedly) 4X the size and if we can see close up on those creators on the moon with a Nikon 9000 Its a safe bet we can see many things on earth. also side note, did you know since 1958 NASA has spent 76 trillion,675 billion,881 million of our tax payer dollars $$$$ and what have we to show for it? WAKE UP AMERICA

The answer is simple. No human being has ever landed on the moon. The alleged "moon landing" in 1969 was an elaborate hoax . 38 years have passed and there has been absolutely no significant moon-related developments or activity. You don't spend billions of dollars on a venture if you are not going to capitalize on it. Think of any new technology - computers, cellphones - and how they have developed over the years. But in the case of the "moon landing" absolutely nothing has come out of it.

Telescope resolving power depends on lens diameter.
To see the landing craft you need a telescope with a 50m diameter lens.
Noone has one.

We can't see the lunar rover because there is no telescope on earth of sufficient resolution that can see that level of detail.
