fuel and mph odometer not working whats wrong with it?

have replaced fuses but nothing how do i fix this

On some vehicles those gauges look analog, but they're really digital and controlled by the body computer. If it goes bad, they don't work.

would be nice if you included the make and model but sounds like you need a new insturment cluster
