His right eye is really puffed out, should I just leave him alone, or is there anything I can do for him?

Here's the page Barb copied her answer from:

It's an excellent source and should be given proper citation (especially since they specifically request it in there use policy). There is MUCH more information there than she gave you and you should read the entire page to gain a better understanding of what could be wrong with your fish and how to best treat it depending on the specifics of your tank.

You have to assess accurately what you're dealing with here. If it's just one eye that is inflamed- you're probably looking at an injury or other trauma to the eye, and you can remove the fish to a separate aquarium and administer Epsom salt to the water to help reduce the swelling (an old standby). If your fish has both eyes showing this condition, you will need to use medication, such as Maracyn, to treat the condition (always in a separate tank). Keep water quality as high as possible, and monitor the fish carefully. You can cure either condition with relative ease, provided you take quick, proper action.

If he is the only fish in the tank, then leave him there and go search for pop-eye medicine. If you can't find any, ask an employee. If they don't carry any, then go to other pet stores. If he has other tank mates, then take him out and place him in another place (such as a hospital tank). Then go around and look for medication.
