I have a website with a homepage and nine other pages linked from that particular page. When placing the google search bar and/or ads, can I place them on every page of my site? Or am I only supposed to place them on the primary page?
Also, can I place a search bar AND ads on one page? Or can I only choose one?
The terms and regulations are quite hard for me to understand.

Hi,
You are allowed to place the AdSense Ads on as many page as you like as long as you don't go against the TOS(Term of Service) of Google AdSense.
Maximum 3 AdSense for Contents per page, 2 AdSense for Search per page, 1 link unit per page, and 2 button per product per page.
*Remember: Do not place AdSense Ads on adult site, gambling site, and do not use other advertising program with the Ads look like Google AdSense on your page.
**Google do not allowed other Advertisementswhich look like AdSense Ads on the same page, Google AdSense will banned you if you do so.

My suggestion is search bar on primary page and ad on any one of the page you want
You can go to AdSense Blog to post this question. A lot of top gun working there. Or you can check some Internet marketing article to how other guy doing

Yes you can place both on all your pages.
Just remember never to click on your own ads.
