The only answer is B. They all underwent a failure of parliamentary government and democracy. The founer of moder fascism is Mussolini in Italy. Nazism was fascism come to Germany. Japan was not fascist in name but was ruled absolutely by the military. They were all totalitarian dictatorships. They all had a one-party system controlled by a dictator. They all represented the very height of nationism and considered other nations subjective to their own. They all looked to the past for inspiration and an excuse to conquer other countries. For instance Italy wanted to revive
its empire in North Africa that she had during the Roman Empire. They all had a fear of communism. They cooperated with each other as the "Axis". I hope that this has been a help to you.

Italy: Mussolini
Germany: Hitler
Japan: Mao...
I know Hitler expanded Mussolini probably did too, but im not sure if Japan did.
Fascist means one leader having complete control over state.
