I dont think Cleveland is deep enough to beat either Utah or Spurs (or Detroit for that matter), and since i was hoping for a Phoenix/Golden State West Final (as unlikely as it would have been) i now want the pistons to win it all. Pitting the best defense in the league against the most skilled starting 5 and hte most balanced team in the NBA would be an AWESOME series.
Thoughts?

i think the pistons can continue winning as long as they want to honestly. kevin nash will need to join the spurs along with kobe bryant if the spurs expect to win. now of course anything can happen in any given series we saw the bulls win a few games against the pistons despite being huge under dogs, but, the pistons can only beat themselves if you ask me.

on the other hand. i don't think utah has much of a prayer. though no team should be taken lightly, i would expect the spurs to beat up on the jazz

Utah plays the same style as the Spurs, but the Spurs are better and more experienced, and have home court. The season series between Utah and San Antonio was 2-2. Should be a good series. Spurs win in 7.
Pistons/Spurs series will be boring as hell, I'm sorry.

The Spurs-Jazz is going to be a good series. Boozer/Duncan is a great matchup and I expect top notch defense out of both.

The Spurs will entertain their old nemesis DFish. Spurs in 6.

I wouldn't count out the CAVS, they do have heart and if they played the Spurs it would be interesting. Their whole front office is filled with old Spurs players and Execs, so they know the Spurs system and basically play it, but not with the same intensity.

Spurs-Pistons will be a repeat of 2005 minus Big Ben and Mohammad switching teams. I think both teams can play any style they want. I think people are sick of both teams because they are proven winners.

Go Spurs Go!!!

1. Close but no cigar. Spurs in 6. The Jazz haven't been much of a problem for the Spurs since Stockton and Malone left.
2. Very intense. Spurs in 7.

Utah doesn't have a chance beating the spurs. Spurs are too fast and more aggressive than Utah. 0-7

Pistons-Spurs would be a crazy and intense game. I would love to seee that action!
