Me and my friends are making videos and i need to add special efects such as, slo mo, fading, voice over, likewhat ever u do to like add stuff onto the video like uhh u kno like fake flames, lasers shooting out of things and stuff like that. I need to know what i need to do this and how much they cost. I know i need a graphics disk, but is their anything else?

you don;t need a graphics disk.
You need to study and learn Adobe After Effects.
check shareaza for it.
Its amazing. you can do all kinds of special effects.
don't give up the hunt for After Effects. you won't be disapointed
