Every time I open my Pictures then click on a picture or folder to open my laptop freezes and then I have to do Control Alt Delete and end the task for it to work again! Also when I try to upload the picts whatever I upload onto freezes also. Whats happening and how can I fix it?! And please don't respond with "Take it to a comp store to be fixed"

Try to right click a photo and choose "open with." Pick a different program to open the file, maybe Microsoft Picture and Fax Viewer or Micorsoft Photo Editor, or even Paint. (You might want to uncheck the box at the bottom of the window or it will always want to use this program.) Anyway, if you find a program that works great. If you find one that always crashes Windows you'll probably just have to reinstall it.
