It depends on the reason for me being sad. If I'm sad because I miss someone, Babyface "The Lonliness." If I'm sad because I've had a bad day, System of a Down "Chop Suey." If I feel angry and just want to scream at somebody, "Bodies" by Drowning Pool. Try them all they're good songs!

If I'm sad, I don't typically want to listen to music. If I'm angry, I listen to loud stuff like AC/DC. If I'm in a silly mood and I want to listen to a good "Cryin' In My Beer" song, I always have to turn to David Allen Coe's Perfect Country and Western Song. I've included a link to the lyrics.

Losing My Way by Justin Timberlake is one of my many favorites to listen to no matter what mood I'm in, and it's kinda sad. Just listen to the lyrics. (or look them up if you don't have that CD)
