Gosh: I hadn't realised how intelligent Bush was - according to some answers, I'm sure that wasn't fixed!

harryd: some people care about the world and feel upset that evil is causing so much death in the world - I'm sure you care too?

Voice of Reason: I'll play fair if you will - I think my IQ about 110.. but what does that really mean and if you have a brain you will realise that wasn't the issue regarding my question. I am quite happy with my intellect as too, I imagine you are with yours. I probably think too much, but I am very concerned about the wider world.

harryd: Yes it does make a differrence - only when we can draw people's attention to the shortcomings of our leaders, can we possibly hope to bring about change. As a race we are slowly evolving, but time isn't on our side. What pains me is that too many people are growing up totally clueless. God bless.

Right, the choice is between "More of our imports are coming from overseas" bush and "this is not the time for sound bites, but I feel the hand of history on my shoulder" blair. The pair of them give Beavis and Butthead a run for their money.

Approximately 125 for Bush. I don't know what Blair's IQ is. According to the Lovenstein institute President Bush has the lowest IQ of all presidents of the past 50 years.

The combined IQ, as I've mentioned before, if converted like for like (on a normal swap) to electrical energy, would not be enough to power up an LED.

Kate is very clever about 145 measured just after Wuthering heights. As for Lionel well I`m only guessing but it`s about 110 as he does dance very nicely, and he moves his arms, not like that silly Michael Flatley. Hope this answers your question. Don

To suggest the intelligence capacity of the President can be measured is a misnomer.

Blair, apparently has a high IQ based on his ability to manipulate and fool others. His real success is as the master of sophistry and divisiveness.

All of these childish references to Bush having a low IQ and being a moron/imbecile/dummy/blah blah blah serve no purpose. He's the president and he's not going away until 2009. Think of something more useful and interesting to say. You can call him names all day long and it makes no difference whatsoever.

Never mind what Bush and Blair's IQ are what about the respective electorates of both their Countries, what does it say about their IQs?

I suspect that Blair's is fairly high. Don't know about Bush, but probably about twice what yours is, judging by the daft questions you keep burbling out!

Tony Blair, Oxford graduate and previously successful lawyer, made his own success in politics to lead a country- probably over 140.

George Dubya, failed business man. Dad was president and he used friends money and influence to buy a seat in the White House - consistantly humilites himself when trying to speak to the media - probably below110.

I think they are both smarter than people give them credit for. President Bush has always seemed like someone who was "book smart" but has no real "street smarts", meaning he is intelligent but doesn't know how to apply it to real world situations.
