Why are there so many people in the World that just want to do bad things?

Like gangs and things like that

The Biblical answer would be 1 John 5:19
"the whole world is lying in the [power of the] wicked one."

I think I read somewhere that 1% of the population is murders, thieves, and greedy persons who do not care about others. That is the amount anyway that ends up in prison for their actions.

it must be something in there brain or the way they were raised. some people just want to fit in
