If you are trying to work out the relationship use the difference method

When x changes by 6, y changes by 10.8
Therefore the coefficient of x=10.8/6
=1.8
So we know that the formula for y = 1.8x + constant

The constant = 0.06 because that is the value you need to add on to get the value of y in the table, when u multiply 10 and 16 by 1.8

so the formula is y=1.8x+0.06

Hope that helps!
