Franklin Delano Roosevelt.
Won World War 2
Got the U.S out of the Great Depression
Instituted government programs such as Social Security (the reason we don't have poor elderly people on the streets anymore.)
And created the foundation for a booming economy well into the 60's.
Who could possibly be greater than the President that saved the world from becoming ruled by a fascist dictatorship?

Franklin Roosevelt. He modified capitalism to save it during the Great Depression, otherwise there is a good chance we would have had a revolution and would be living under Communism now. He also led the Allies to victory in World War Two, and he did it all from a wheel chair.
