Some of these pistons fans don't really know the spurs that well.
These are the likely starting matchups:
Parker vs. Billups.
Ginobili vs. Hamilton
Bowen vs. Prince
Wallace Vs. Elson
Webber vs. Duncan.
Bowen will probably switching off defending Billups and Rip Hamilton. He will probably be on Billups more and Parker on Hamilton more (like last time in the finals), because parker has more speed to keep up with Hamilton.
Bowen should be able to do a good job on Billups and Parker has a chance of makign things tough for Hamilton.
Rasheed Wallace is good at defending Duncan, but Webber would not be able to handle him.
I think it will come down to how well Tim Duncan does against Rasheed Wallace.
Everythign will be tightly contested and scoring will be low.
I give the spurs the edge in 6 or 7, but they havn't faced as good a defensive team as detroit so far, so it could be very close.

Spurs in 6-7.
Billups vs. Parker - Toss up
Hamilton vs. Ginobili - Manu doesn't start? Normally Finley starts, so Hamilton would have the advantage
Prince vs. Bowen - Bowen on defense, Prince on offense
Wallace vs. Horry - Horry doesn't start either?? Probably be Oberto or Elson, Oberto over Wallace, but Wallace over Elson.
Webber vs. Duncan - you kidding me? do you even have to ASK this question? The most dominant player of our generator vs somebody who couldn't help The Answer get over the hump? Duncan all the way.

Well actually, Horry is a bench player, so it really is Wallace vs. Duncan and Webber vs. Fransisco Elson
Billups over Parker
Hamilton over Ginobili
Prince over Bowen
Duncan over Wallace
Webber over Elson
Pistons 4, Spurs 1
Bench:
Hunter over Udrih
Finley over Murray
Barry over Delfino
McDyess over Horry
Maxiell over Oberto
Pistons 3, Spurs 2

By the way, Horry is likely not to start.
I am a HUGE Spurs fan, and I believe that they can beat the Pistons in 6. Overall San Antonio is the better team.

its definitely wallace v. duncan and webber v. horry
but if the lineups were like that, a dumb move by the pistons
the spurs would win
of course if you change it the pistons win in 6 or 7
HORRY IS SUCH A WEAKLING, HE KNEED NASH IN THE GROIN, AND DID NOT HAVE THE GUTS TO JUST GO UP AND PUNCH BECAUSE THAT IS WHAT HE BASICALLY DID. which also means that horry would be replaced by a bench player

no longer in all risk to 'boycott' the term. yet i would not watch it. in fact, i'm no longer staring on the Detroit VS Boston sequence genuine now. Lakers is the only team i will reveal screen for with the relax 4 communities. it is going to genuinely be a humdrum Finals with Spurs VS Pistons slugging it out for a championship. *yawn*

The pistons should be looking forward to this. It should be one hell of a match up. And very physical. I remember when this sport was created long ago it was supposed to be a non contact sport.
