Well here is the deal okay my friend recently snuck into her moms car and stole a ciggarette and she is only twelve she told us she will never do it again but we think she might should we tell her mom even if her mom wont care

Don't tell, most likely she won't do it again...cigarettes are nasty, especially the first time you smoke one.

I wouldn't snitch on a friend unless he/she were doing something illegal or immediately dangerous. So I would say, tell her smoking is bad for her, and tell her if she does it again, you will tell her Mom. Sometimes, just the thought of getting in trouble is enough to keep people from doing it again.

Why wouldn't her mom care? Tell her mom how bad things could get once your friend gets addicted. You must tell her mom about it!

you can't get addicted the first time you smoke a cigarette. chances are, she probably didn't even inhale...so don't be mean and tell...you'll probably just lose her as a friend
