Neither. Delivering you have no idea whose door you are going to knock on and you are at a higher risk for muggings (there are actual statistics on this.) Waitressing although depending on the establishment tips are good, but they pay below minimum wage because of the tips factor and you have to deal with at times nasty customers and a boss who doesn't want to hear you were just verbally abused. You were wrong and that's the bottom line.

selling alcohol makes the most money. That means waiting tables or tending bar.

Of course, it also means dealing with drunks and mildly impaired male egos.

And they like 'em cute. Fairness doesn't enter into it.
