It's really hard for in to fail with that much offensive support around him.
He usually starts off slow and then picks it up as the season progresses even when he was in Philly. He will get it going soon.

I don't think he will be traded, because he is making about $13 million and no team is going to want to acquire a player who is making that much and having an awful season like Abreu is now. I think Abreu will improve, but his best years are behind him. Abreu always hit 20-30 home runs, and hit only 15 last year, and has just 2 this year, so clearly he's losing his power.Hopefully he can pick it up a little with the bat though, even if he's not the offensive player he used to be.

Abreu is a great everyday player and has been for years. Chacon just had a good stretch, but was never a great player.

I doubt it, even though i am from Philadelphia, he is a good player who should be a solid position in right and a quality bat in the lineup for a few years. Also, he will not be the main guy which should be good.
