Money, gift cards to stores, and a card always works. Just because they are adults and starting their lives so they need something useful.

When my siser graduated, I bought a plastic laundry basket and filled it with pens, pencils, paper, 3 ring binders, laundry detergent, a Walmart gift card, towels, shampoo, body wash and No-Doze.
She loved it!

My husband and I always send 50 bucks to people when they graduate. Send more or less as finances allow. These kids are getting ready to head out on their own. They need all the cash they can get.
