I don't have an A/C. Few homes have A/C in my country, we hardly ever need it.

Usually upper 70's or if it's going to be above 55 at night. I can't sleep if it's hot or remotely warm. Sometimes I will turn it on when it's in the low 70's just depends on the humidity. Which is horrible here in the south. I would rather be freezing than burning up.

It has to be at least 80 and humid for me to do that, but in my car I have to turn it on daily driving around in the San Diego sun. Hooray for May Gray and June Gloom!

At over 95 degrees; my house is very well insulated.
Have you considered taking off a layer of clothing or losing weight; you could save a great deal of expense.

Around 80 degrees, or when I feel like it's so hot that I'll either get a nose bleed or a headache (aka, uncomfortably hot).

when it gets above 75 for me. usually the indoor temp. is around 65 degrees anyway. no matter the outdoor temp.
