Can programmers post alpha/beta release links on yahoo answers and ask for advice?

I don't know if that goes against the yahoo policy and terms of service.

I personally wouldn't download programs that I don't know anything about.

You can try, but I would doubt anyone would be foolish enough to blindly download your program without knowing if it was a trojan or worm!
