Neon tetras are not the easiest fish to breed. They take very demanding water conditions and a fairly special tank set up. No harm will come to your female being in that condition, but don't expect babies unless you very carefully plan on breeding them.
here's one account of how to breed neons.

I heard that (depending on the species and climate) that fish usualyy hatch their eggs within 3-7 days. Certain female fish will get fat during breeding season and when they are carrying eggs. Hope this helps

Neon tetras, ? They dont give birth do baby fish, Sorry to disipoint you!, It is proibly a female with eggs and she will only lay them if the ph is correct etc and you will need a male to fertlise them plus you need to set up a special breeding tank, If you want babies try guppies, platies, mollies, swordtails and cant think of the others, but they give birth to live babys,

they need to find a mate to lay her eggs. then the male will fertilize them, and about 3 - 4 days later, they'll hatch. (notice - when the female lays eggs, then you need to remove them, the other fish and the parents will eat the babies.

If indeed your female is egg-full, she's just gravid, not pregnant. With no males to fertilize the eggs, even if you do provide the right conditions, the eggs will just grow fungus and rot. If you happen to have a male, you must provide specific conditions for her to spawn. Here's a nice page that explains the basics of breeding:
