You need to get in her face every time she ridicules you.
Jump on her attacks, criticizing her behaviour, not her person.
Don't go personal. Just tell her that 3 years of her moaning on about all your imperfections is a bore and mean it. Then if she insults you again, don't respond to the insult, just reply, with "Oh man, there she goes again". or, "Jeeze, you nag worse than my mother" or "Yes, Mother!" ...
If every slight is highlighted with these kinds of comments, the girl is going to back off or be seen as a nagging old woman.
GL, but I'd bet this would work.

Women are very self conscious of their weight. If you want to give this young lady a zinger , tell her that she shouldn't be busting your chops - she should be more worried about all those extra pounds that she just can't shake off . If the weight cracks can boomerang back on you (I don't know your figure) then start on her hair , another soft target for women . Idiots pick on people because it shifts their shortcomings on to another person and takes the spotlight off of themselves . It may be jealousy of you and your life that makes her feel the need to take you down a couple of notches (perhaps to her level) because you are a much better person than she is . Great comebacks usually don't occur to people until the moment has passed . But a great comeback can also be by taking the original insult and just re-apply it to the insulter with an emphasis on how much more it applies to them and making it much more personal and insulting . Of course taking the high road and ignoring ignorant people can have the same satisfaction , because she can't "win" if she sees that anything she says does not affect you . Kill her with kindness . Good luck !

If she is your friend's friend and making fun of you, then she is clearly threatened by your friendship with girl number 2.
The friend that doesn't back you up is not really very loyal, dear, although she probably knows friend number 1 is threatened. Whichever way you cut it, she needs to decide which side her bread's buttered. If she can't back you up, fine, but to turn around and back up the other friend is just childish. You're stuck in the middle of a tug-of war for attention by two rather imature "girls" - seems like you're the more mature one- prove it by telling the two of them to either shape up or enjoy each other's miserable company.

Then you should take attitude ! Never let anyone make fun of you ! If you do that, the others will take you as a weak person, and soon you'll have everybody picking on you ! What you must do is clear the situation with that person. Tell her you've had enough and if she continues, no more nice girl !

Confront her and tell her "If there is something you want to say to me, why not tell me face to face instead of behind my back where you think I can't hear you." I would. If your friends are not saying anything about her behavior or saying something to you when you say something back to her. Then they aren't good friends at all. From the word "lunch box" you're probably not *too* old right? When kids do that it is normally out of jealously or insecurity about themselves.

I'm sorry these people-- who you call your friend, and the other girl-- are so cruel. I'd talk to the friend whose friends with both of you. See what happens from there. Personally, I'd get a new friend-- one that is loyal.

If your friend cannot stand up for you and tell her friend that she is not being nice to you - then perhaps you should find another friend to hang with. Don't allow anyone to treat you poorly. Besides that, most girls who make fun of other girls - it is because they are jealous, insecure and don't feel good about themselves.

Sweetie are you sure these really are your friends? Evidently she has a very strong personality to make everyone allow her to be so obnoxious.
find a new group of friends.... Life is too short to put up with this.

Have you tried telling your friend? Seems like the thing I would do. If you've already done that, try standing up for yourself. Don't make comebacks if that doesn't seem to work.

Honey, I'd steer clear of all of these losers and get me some real friends. Friends don't make fun of friends or let anyone else do it in their presence.
