Apparently only 40,000 tickets were for sale - with the rest being spread from politicians to z-class actors (with homes far away from the M60)...could it be that Sir Alex and the Latino genius who owns a Yorkshire Terrier with half a dozen names told both teams to only play with half a tank to punish the greedy freebie dearies? Just a thought!

Maybe you were expecting too much !!!! English football is vastly over-rated. If you watched the UEFA cup final between two Spanish teams during the week , you will know what i mean.

you often get boring games when both teams are desperate not to lose.
shame. cos Wembley is a great stadium that deserved a great game.

I think they where dissapointed that they where not in the big one on Wedensday and where just going through the motions.

don't think there was a conspiracy per se. could be, but

those ppl you mention were there more for the stadium 'event' than the football.

the first half was quite bad, the second half a bit better, and i could not be bothered to watch the rest!!! (i support man u, so, perhaps its best i didnt watch it!!)
