You need to remove them if you think they are possibly fertile and you want them to survive. They will dry out quickly if left in the tank. The proper enviroment for a bearded is far from being the proper environment for incubating her eggs. Try to keep them in the position you found them and put them in a plastic container with some damp moss, damp vermiculite (found in gardening stores), or even damp sand (if that is all you have at the moment.) surrounding them up to about half way. They will be fine at normal room temperature for a couple days and that will keep them alive until you arrange somewhere to incubate them.

Put them in a incubator..1st of all does your bearded dragon have a mate? if she dosnt have a mate and just had eggs then there probably wont be anything in the eggs this happend sometimes bearded dragons wont even have to mate and they have eggs but nothins in them usally. And does your bearded dragon do anything to the eggs like sits on them or anything?my best advice to you is to call like a pet store that you know of that sells reptiles cause they will know what to do they may not know every thing but they will know something Hoped This Helped

just leave them, the mother has a much better idea of what to do with them then you or i do. you probably should ask a vet what you can do to help them survive though. the only thing im wondering is how did the bearded dragon get pregnant or if the eggs are fertalized, if theres a male in the same tank you might want to put him by itself though cuz he might eat the eggs
