i agree that husbands should love their wives but if a wife has to obey her husband then thats a controling relationship. everyone needs to think for themselfs and not be told what to do unless they are harming themselves or someone else.

I'm not even a girl and I was slightly offended that wive's should be expected to "obey" their husbands. It should be about 50/50. Men need to listen to their wives too.

Yes it would; however, even topping your statement is the wife who also loves her husband and obeys him. A bit of secret marriage is not a 50/50 propostition; sometimes it's gonna be something like 40/60 or 60/40 never 50/50.

Did you know the Bible doesn't say for wives to love their husbands. It tells the husbands to love their wives and the wives to submit to their husbands.

My answer to your question is yes. I agree that husbands should love and cherish their wives and wives should obey and reverence their husbands.

U must additionally bear in mind that husbands are to love their better halves as Christ enjoyed the church. How precisely did Christ love the church, nicely look into the sacrifice he made. Husbands are meant to love their better halves to the element the place they could sacrifice even their lives for them. So the husband is meant 2 appreciate the spouse and manage her with love, and he's meant to offer for the family contributors, however the spouse is meant to safeguard the husband and the family contributors. And this does not propose she will't get a job, cuz she will. additionally bear in mind the bible did greater 2 bring up women then the rest. as an occasion it wasn't till Paul reported women could desire to income till they have been allowed to income. So bear in mind better halves publish on your husbands, yet husbands be waiting to love and sacrifice for ur spouse.

I believe that marriage is a partnership between two people to make it through life together no matter what comes their way. I think a husband should love, respect, honor , and take care of his wife. I think a woman should love, respect, honor and support her husband. The two of them should be partners in decisions that are made since it affects both of their lives as individuals.
