Microwave ovens use EM (electro magnetic) waves akin to radar waves. They are transverse waves as are all EM waves. Which means they oscillate up and down rather than back and forth like sound waves. It that up and down oscillation that cooks the food. So what would happen to these EM waves?
First, the door is needed for your oven to work properly. It needs so-called standing waves to do the cooking. As the name implies, the waves do not move along some pathway...they simply stand pat and oscillate up and down inside the specifically designed cavity that ensures the waves stand still in the oven. If the waves were allowed to move along a pathway, much of their energy would leave the oven and not enter the food to be cooked.
And where would that escaped energy go? In your face, if you choose to look into the cavity of that modified oven. In the early days of radar, the Navy did not realize how dangerous microwave devices, like radars, were. So sailors sometimes had their innards fried by high powered radars that were left running while the sailors climbed up the ship superstructures (where the radar antennae are) to do some maintenance.

the microwave radiation would be disrtibuted into the room and be absorbed by water molecules around this room.
If you were in the room, this would possibly be your water molecules, which would change the energy into heat and cook your internal organs.
taking this into consideration, it is a good idea not to mount microwaves at head or genital height as if it happens to leak you cook your brain or testicles leading to damage and/or infertility.
clearly you dont want to cook your lung, heart, liver, kidneys etc either, but the radiation and heat would dissipate more quickly in the abdomen due to its increased volume.
There was a tale about a telephone companies night security guard who discovered that the warmest place to be on his shift was by the microwave transmitters mounted on the top of the tower he was guarding.
one night he thought he would bring in a four pack and sit up there drinking them watching the world go by. he was found in the morning, cooked, with the boiled and therefore exploded cans of beer beside him.
i don't know how true this tale is, but it is feasible.

You would posthumously be charged with interference of a wide area TV and radio and mobile reception. The reason for your demise will be a toss up between irate Mobi's and massive organ failure from being cooked. BTW in the UK if your Microwave just leaks too much you can be charged with a criminal offense.
I am assuming you will stand in front of it for at least a minute.

nicely, positioned a chew of uncooked meat into the microwave and turn it on for 5 minutes. Take it out and take an intensive look into it. it is precisely what might happen on your physique in case you have been close to the open door. Any area of your physique that includes liquid could be effected and that rather plenty consists of each little thing. think of the liquid on your eye ball boiling and exploding. i think of it particularly is proper to leave the protection latches on my own.

Not much of anything. The microwave chamber is designed to contain and focus microwaves INSIDE. Once they start radiating out of the chamber, their intensity will drop off dramatically. The only way anything significant will happen is if you stick your head in, in which case you probably have had other more serious problems in your life.

I believe the most sensitive part of the body to microwaves is the eye lens. It will give you cataracts. This modification must be rather difficult to accomplish, or we'd here more about people getting injured doing it.

The door has protective features. Without the door the micro waves will not have a boundry. At the least you'll be sterile, but if you're dumb enough to do it I say it's natural selection at work.
