whatever makes a girl feel better about herself is sexier, because a woman who's more confident will be much more comfortable, and come off sexier.

size isnt as important as quality. do whatever is right for you, and what makes you feel better about yourself.

It depends on the person's size! An extremely busty person might look better with a reduction, but someone like me, who has nothing to reduce, would go for an enhancement. It's also a matter of preference. Some people like big busts, some don't.

Having nice breasts is sexier. Not the fact that they are as big as a watermelon or as small as a lemon. They are part of a package. Not the entire package. Have you ever seen a huge pair, cannot take your eyes off of them. Because they look so out of place. Like someone has glued on a couple of basketballs. Is not pleasing to the eye at all. Tighten up what you have and keep what you've got.

I think it's important to remember that people who get breast reductions often do it for health reasons. Huge breasts are a burden on a woman and can cause back problems. In addition they are cumbersome and make clothing that fits difficult to find.

On the other hand, people get breast enhancements for appearance and self esteem reasons.

So... calling one or the other more sexy... that doesn't make any sense to me.
